Today I finally got to go to the exhibition “Las Apariencias Engañan” where some of Frida’s garments, are featured… They were found in one of the bathrooms of “La Casa Azul” (The house where Frida and Diego used to live) and are now presented in collaboration with Vogue.
Pictures will be coming soon!
So glad to be home!! (México)
ESPAÑOL: Por fin se me hizo ir a la exhibición de “Las Apariencias Engañan” donde muestran prendas y otras cosas encontradas en el baño de la Casa Azul.

Me hace tan feliz estar aquí! (México)

Last week I got the chance to go with my class to the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in order to visit the exposition on Jean-Paul Goude’s work.
I have to be honest with you, I didn’t know him… but once there I realized I already knew and loved so much of his work! Plus, it was funny to actually realize that so many things that I thought were so apart from each other, actually came from the same artist.
Turns out he is the one who gave Grace Jones her iconic image; he is the one who’s made all ad campaigns of Galeries Lafayette; he made the famous Chanel’s Egoïste commercial; he even photographed Tavi Gevinson for L’Officiel… he’s done all!
The pictures are not of the best quality but hopefully they’ll give you an idea on the spirit of this not-so-traditional artist :)
All photos by me. All the art portrayed is of intellectual property of Jean-Paul Goude.
Happy bday Coco!!!
