Greece day 2: Delphi & Arachova

Hey guys! How are you?

So here I present to you, the pictures of our second day in Greece. As I mentioned on the previous post, my mom and I were just too scared to adventure around on our own so we decided to take a little tour to the archeological site Delphi (with a fast stop in a cute mountain town named Arachova).

This was the place where the Delphic oracle was located, and a temple of worship for Apollo. In this era, it was considered the navel of the Earth, meaning the center and most important point on Earth.

Since it’s located on the south of Mont-Parnassus you can only imagine the astonishing sightseeing it offers. I can assure you that I’m a bit disappointed of my pictures since the don’t do justice to the beauty of this place.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy them and they awaken on you a little curiousity to find more about this really important greek archeological site.

The last picture is of the town of Arachova, which has a certain magic in it though unfortunately due to our tight schedule we could be there only during 20 min. which didn’t give me the chance to go wander and take photos to share with you.

I promise you better pictures of our 3rd day in Greece which was my personal favorite, in which we visited the islands of Hydra, Poros and Aegina :)

Hope you have a great tuesday!
