A hint of pink

Finally! after many extra-cold, commitment-full weeks we were able to have a “normal weekend” and the chance to take some pictures for the blog… I had missed it and I can’t wait to do it again and again.

It was nice to have some free time for a change, though today I’m stuck at home with a lot of homework that I just can’t seem able to start… What about you? Tell me about your weekend!

PS. I finally dared to wear my pink lipstick in public… I think it’s not so bad, what do you think?

Such a nice day

Yesterday we went to Courtney & DD’s wedding. It was such a nice day and I’m really glad we got to share that moment with them.

The reception was beautiful and the company amazing, just really warm and friendly people.

I’ll have to share with you a couple of pictures of the groom and bride who obviously looked adorable and so in love.

In the meantime I leave you with these pics in case you forgot my face {since I’ve been MIA}… you’ll get to see how exhausted I look… this school is killing me! but I love it!

Enjoy your sunday!

A special color

Hey there! I’m back! remember I went to México for my brother’s wedding? well here are some {very few} pictures we took just before everything… I was trying out my new camera (gift from my daddy) and new lens (gift from Flo) and I love it!

I don’t know what you think about the dress, but me I love it! And it was all thanks to my mom, I hadn’t been able to find any dress for the occassion and she spent the whole month trying on dresses and sending pictures to me so that I could choose one and hopefully them keeping it for me until I was in Mexico to try it on… Turns out the dress she found was better than I could have dreamt of, plus the color was so unique and beautiful I fell completely in love with it.

On something else; I’m waiting for my brother and my sister in law to come back from their honeymoon so they can send me some of the “official pictures” so that I can share them with you :)

Flowers

As you may remember, I’m finally in school! which normally wouldn’t be such a thing to celebrate much about, but the reason I’m excited is that I’m finally doing and actual something to put myself in the direction of fashion.

I’m really excited and looking forward to this new experience. There’s really amazing people in my group and I think it will be really interesting to meet all of them.

In the meantime, I show you this outfit. I apologize in advance, since I’m not much of a fan of taking outfit pictures in my bedroom, specially since there’s no good light in it {and I have to do a bunch of tricks to get something decent} and second because I feel completely ridiculous posing with timer and tripod next to my window where everyone can see how silly I look ^^

In any case, I was thrilled to use my skull clutch and finally wear my floral blazer, I hope to get the chance to wear the skirt and trousers soon…

Have a nice rest of the week!
